IQware offers training for all of our products. Our hands-on training model ensures that your staff members become familiar with the software and can use it proficiently in their day-to-day jobs. Training sessions for all solutions are comprised of general training on the application and subsequent sessions on specific components for appropriate employees.
Following the training process IQware trainers regroup with key members of your team to ensure an appropriate degree of comfort and familiarity has been achieved. Making sure your organization is at ease with our software is of utmost importance to us.
Training is available on-site or remotely.
From the moment you join the IQware customer family we form a partnership with you to ensure your installation gets up and running as seamlessly as possible. No matter how big or small your property is, a successful implementation means we will plan, prepare, set-up, and then deploy your IQware solution.
Your project manager will be your personal guide through the entire installation process. This individual not only walks you through the entire pre-installation process during a kick off call, but serves as your personal liaison to coordinate database development, set-up calls with IT specialists to answer networking questions, and provide assistance in establishing a credit card processor.
Our services team will work with your organization to ensure that IQware is set-up in a manner that is customized to your property and your business.
