Customer Support Representative

But we can’t build great customer relationships without having great customer support agents – and that’s where you come in. With your can-do attitude, friendly disposition, and detail-oriented approach to work, we know you’ll be the perfect candidate to keep communication flowing between IQware and our customers. You won’t be afraid to dig for a solution to a customer’s problem. You’ll be able to think nimbly, learn quickly and be a knowledgeable point of contact for both sides of the fence (internal and external). Customers will be excited to hear your voice because you care about their business as much as they do! We’re looking for people who:

  • Have a college or university diploma
  • Have high level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Have experience in customer service strongly preferred
  • Have experience in hospitality industry an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
