IQware employs experts in training and consulting for our clients. Each hospitality trainer is certified through extensive training of all IQware solutions. This knowledge combined with their inherent skills ensures that our partners receive the best possible training and consultation during the implementation process.
IQware training is completely hands-on and focuses on the instructor demonstrating exact processes and then having the staff repeat the process. By the end of training sessions for each of our solutions, staff members have engaged in numerous real-life processes to ensure their knowledge level is as high as expected.
Training sessions for all solutions are comprised of general training on the application and subsequent sessions on specific aspects for appropriate employees. Regardless of their role and job title, we feel it extremely important that users understand the philosophy and core aspects of each solution. Once that is learned, IQware trainers move to specialized training for the advanced portions of the specific solution. Appropriate employees are present for these sessions.
Following the extensive training sessions, IQware trainers regroup with the key team members to finalize the training in efforts to make sure all questions have been answered and users have the appropriate level of comfort. Ensuring everyone is at ease with the new solutions is of utmost importance to IQware.
Once the training sessions are complete, IQware trainers remain at the property for “live assistance”. This is an integral aspect of bringing what users learn in the training session into the live environment. Trainers are present to assist with normal tasks and to answer any questions the staff members may have. This makes certain that the transition from training to live use is as seamless as possible.
Finally, it’s important to know that once the installation and training process is completed you will not be left alone.
