David Perkins has spent 15 years building startup companies. As the author of T.A.C.T.I.C.S., a training manual on how to win corporate sales, David’s expertise lies in training, motivating and managing sales personnel. As the National Sales manager for the largest corporate reseller of AT&T services in Canada, David successfully applied T.A.C.T.I.C.S., building a 100 person sales force directly responsible for capturing both millions of dollars in revenue and significant market share for AT&T. As Vice-President of Sales for Access Cash Canada Perkins leadership lead the company to become the number one provider of white label ATM’s in Canada.
As Senior Vice-President for Central Point Technologies, a division of a publicly trading company with revenues in excess of 100 million, David's successes lead him to his present post as C.E.O & President of IQWARE Inc., while his creativity, operational and management strengths and unquenchable enthusiasm continues to be the driving force behind IQWARE’s success today. In addition to presiding over the destiny of IQWARE, David is actively involved in the exponential expansion of the company, overseeing product development, running day-to-day operations and assisting all aspects of sales, marketing and corporate growth.
JP Morlot

Jean-Pierre Morlot graduated in France in 1965 with an MBA and received an IBM programming certification. For over 10 years, JP acted as hospitality consultant providing expertise to hoteliers around the world from Paris to Djakarta. Merging hotel management experience and computer programming skills, JP is involved for the past 14 years in the analysis and design of property management software. JP is the head of IQWARE's talented and dedicated Research & Development team.
Francois Greffard

Francois Greffard graduated in 1992 from the Institut de Tourisme et dehotellerie du Quebec. Over the years Francois acquired in-depth hospitality expertise in Front Office Management, Accounting and Food & Beverage working for various hotel management companies throughout Canada such as Delta Hotels, Howard Johnson, and DMS. Strong technology knowledge lead Francois to customize, manage and support applications for the hotel companies which employed him. Francois joined the IQWARE Team in 1999 as a support and installation specialists. Today, he works out of the Western Operations office in Denver.

As a graduate with a B.A. in Communications, John has been involved in the sales aspect of the high tech arena for over 11 years. Among his past assignments, John increased revenues by 10 fold over 2.5 years and profits on average of 22% per quarter at Internet Billing Company (a premier worldwide provider of e-commerce services). At Ovid Technologies, a worldwide provider of academic, biomedical & scientific research, John averaged over 130% of sales quota and was instrumental in enabling Ovid to become the 30th fastest growing company in America (Inc. Magazine, October 1993).
Edwin Hortet

Edwin Hortet has been directing overall administration functions for medium to large hospitality organizations since his graduation from Florida International University with a B.A. in Business Finances in 1988. Edwin joined the IQ Team in 1999 with 11 years of finance and property management experience focused in the hospitality industry, making him a valuable asset to the IQWARE sales team.
Sara Jerrard

Sara has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. She received her BS in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1999. Her operational experience varies from small ski resorts to large casino hotels and country clubs. As the Manager of Planning and Implementation for Intrawest’s Hospitality Technology team, Sara lead various successful projects and integrations, all of which focused on creating efficiencies throughout the multi-faceted company. Sara also has experience configuring, installing, and supporting Property Management systems, and is excited by the opportunities a growing company such as IQWARE has to offer.
Daniel R. Brown

Daniel joined the IQWARE team in early 2004, bringing with him nine years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry. He has experience managing large staffs, organizing large, multi-national events, and directly liaising with boards of directors. Once on board, he quickly demonstrated the leadership skills necessary for his position. Daniel met and significantly surpassed his sales goals, achieving over 250% of his sales quota in his first year. In July 2005, he was entrusted with opening IQWARE's newest office in Denver, Colorado. Daniel is excited about the opportunity to expand IQWARE's position in the industry. He plans to establish as solid a market presence in the west as currently exists in Canada and the eastern United States.
Jean-Francois Gravel

Jean-Francois Gravel, a University of Montreal computer sciences graduate, acquired solid experience in programming and architecture designing high tech health software for 10 years. JF joined IQWARE in 1998 as project architect. Based on performance and knowledge of PMS technological concepts JF then became IQWARE's senior architect and R&D manager. As such, JF recommends and implements cutting-edge architectural designs for the IQWARE global suite of applications.
Alphonse Jallow

As the Director of Support, Alphonse brings 11 years of hospitality experience to the IQWARE team. Alphonse is no stranger to the technology side of the industry, having installed, trained, and supported multiple Property Management and Point of Sale Systems while working for Tech Team Global. His degree in Accounting from Columbia College adds tremendous value to his position. Alphonse is an asset to the growing team, always ready to take on any challenges that lie ahead.
