SALES EXECUTIVE
IQware Inc. is seeking a result-driven, hard-working and self-motivated Sales Executive to join its organization. As Sales Executive, you will represent the IQware suite of Property Management Systems and hospitality applications to hotels, resorts, condo-hotels, management companies and chains in Canada and northeastern United States. Your responsibilities will be to perform strategic account development, solicitation, presentations, contract negotiation and closing.
Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate opportunities throughout a specified region

Identify leads and manage the prospect through all phases of the sales cycle
-
Perform software presentations on all IQware applications
-
Prepare and deliver financial proposals to prospects
-
Engage in contract negotiations with C-level individuals

Account management of existing clients
Requirements:
-
5+ years of sales and account management experience with a proven track record
-
Experience in software technologies is a Plus
-
Experience in hotel operations is a Plus
-
Be a Go-getter with excellent prospecting and closing skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional and structured
-
Knowledge of account management tools
