Responsibilities:
• Support sales and technical projects and assist with software presentations
• Master and implement onsite our Property Management System and Global Hospitality applications
• Provide assistance on-site, via telephone and Internet
• Coordinate all aspects of project implementation for new and existing clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software.
Requirements:
• 3 years+ experience in Hotel operations
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems extremely helpful.
• Knowledge of PC's, networks, MS SQL and Windows servers
• Excellent presentation, training and communication skills
• Analytical, problem solving expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional looking
• Ability to travel
