INSTALLER or SUPPORT TECHNICIANS

IQware Inc. is seeking versatile and professional Product Specialists to install and support the IQware suite of Property Management Systems and global hospitality solutions. The candidate must be able to work flexible hours as frequent travels throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean are required by this position.


 

Responsibilities:
    •    Support sales and technical projects and assist with software presentations
    •    Master and implement onsite our Property Management System and Global Hospitality applications
    •    Provide assistance on-site, via telephone and Internet
    •    Coordinate all aspects of project implementation for new and existing clients.
    •    Troubleshoot hardware and software.
Requirements:
    •    3 years+ experience in Hotel operations
    •    Knowledge of Property Management Systems extremely helpful.
    •    Knowledge of PC's, networks, MS SQL and Windows servers
    •    Excellent presentation, training and communication skills
    •    Analytical, problem solving expertise
    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •    Professional looking
    •    Ability to travel
